<p>Paleolithic Diet Breakfast &#8211; Start Your Day With This Ultra Hearty Paleo Breakfast Dish!</p>
<p>I was sick and tired of having the same variation of Paleolithic diet breakfast meals every morning. It got so bad that<span id="more-278"></span> at one point, I almost abandoned this diet!</p>
<p>Thank goodness I came to my senses because this diet has done wonders for my body. After 3 months, I managed to slash off a large chunk of my body fat and I feel more energetic each day.</p>
<p>Sometimes, I can&#8217;t believe that I actually thought of quitting just because I couldn&#8217;t find some decent Paleolithic diet breakfast recipes. Quitting this healthy diet because of such a petty reason is just plain foolish!</p>
<p>Well, anyhow, I&#8217;m going to let in you in on an ultra hearty caveman diet breakfast that has given me such a big boost in the morning. And it&#8217;s very delicious too!</p>
<p>Oh and before I reveal the recipe, I just want to make a quick thank you to my YM (Yahoo messenger) buddy, baxto82, for telling me where to download a big collection of Paleo recipe cookbooks. </p>
<p>Thanks to your recommendation, I no longer have to eat the same Paleolithic diet breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. I feel like gagging every time I think about those meals!</p>
<p>Okay, check out this recipe now. It&#8217;s called&#8230;</p>
<p>Paleo-friendly Minced Turkey and Egg Sandwich!</p>
<p>Ingredients for the sandwich bun: Finely crushed unsweetened coconut (You can make some by throwing a bunch of shredded coconut in a blender), 1 large egg and olive oil.</p>
<p>Ingredients for the sandwich patty: Minced turkey, fried egg, some lettuce and mushrooms.</p>
<p>Directions: To make the sandwich bun, place egg and coconut in a bowl and combine well. If you mix them well enough, the mixture will turn into a decent batter. Now use olive oil to fry the mix and mould it into pancakes shape. </p>
<p>Finally put your pre-cooked minced turkey in between the bun, and then top it with fried egg, mushroom and lettuce.</p>
<p>Now proceed to gobble up this hearty Paleolithic diet breakfast!</p>

<p>It is a well-known fact that heart diseases and excess body weight are related. <p>If you already have high blood pressure, you cannot reverse it to low permanently. Instead, you can control your high blood pressure by taking a prescribed medication and amending your diet. Research has shown that a high blood pressure diet can effectively prevent blood pressure from rising above normal.</p>
<p>Today, most of our meals still contain more fat than the government recommends, and most of the vending machines and fast-food options do not meet the nutritional standards set by the U.S. government. <p>Taurine is one of those perhaps lesser known amino acids which are known to medicine as &#8220;non-essential&#8221;. But &#8220;non-essential&#8221; in this context simply means that it is not essential to ensure a daily intake<span id="more-275"></span> from diet, because the compound can be manufactured by the body, albeit in fairly small quantities. It should not be taken as lessening the importance of taurine or the other non-essential amino acids in any way.</p>
<p>Much publicity has recently been given to taurine as a way of preventing hangovers and slowing or even reversing the liver damage caused by long term excess alcohol consumption. So taurine is commonly added with caffeine to the energy drinks increasingly sold as mixers to take with alcoholic drinks. Whilst it has to be said that the &#8220;jury&#8217;s still out&#8221; on some of the wilder claims made in this regard, there is evidence that taurine may be beneficial not just for the liver but for the heart, kidneys and other organs which may become subject to inflammation or the accumulation of fluid or fat.</p>
<p>Complementary medical practitioners are particularly enthusiastic in using taurine supplements as therapy for conditions including hypertension, macular degeneration of the eyes, congestive heart failure, fluid retention and asthma. Although these conditions may appear diverse, if there is a common factor it is probably an imbalance in body chemistry, particularly perhaps the relative concentrations of potassium, magnesium and sodium within the cells. And there is some good research evidence to suggest that taurine&#8217;s effect in restoring proper fluid balance may be very effective in reducing blood pressure and tackling congestive heart failure.</p>
<p>When taken in conjunction with magnesium, taurine may help maintain good heart rhythm, and it is also an anti-oxidant which helps protect against atherosclerosis and the formation of potentially dangerous blood clots.</p>
<p>As a fat soluble anti-oxidant, taurine is also invaluable in protecting the light sensitive cells of the retina, which contain a very high concentration of fats, from the free radical damage which can lead to loss of vision through macular degeneration. Taurine&#8217;s role as an anti-oxidant has also been highlighted as a possible protector of the lungs against free radical attack, with potentially particularly valuable implications for sufferers from asthma.</p>
<p>Finally, although it remains a matter of some controversy, taurine&#8217;s role in balancing cell chemistry is also believed by some nutritionists to protect against epileptic and other types of brain seizure. It is also found in very high concentrations in the white blood cells which are the key to a healthy immune system, and is believed to help stabilise blood sugar levels.</p>
<p>To manufacture sufficient taurine within the body a good supply of the essential amino acids is required, particularly methionine. By far the best sources of these are the so-called &#8220;first-class&#8221; protein foods, called first-class precisely because they contain all of the essential amino acids. Meat, poultry, fish and dairy products are all within this group, and for the purposes of taurine, shellfish are a particularly rich source.</p>
<p>A diet providing normal quantities of these food groups will usually be adequate to prevent taurine deficiency, but not necessarily to secure the maximum benefits for sufferers from the conditions mentioned above. Those following a vegetarian diet will also have to take particular care to combine foods correctly in order to obtain an adequate supply of the essential amino acids; methionine especially.</p>
<p>Fortunately, however, there appear to be no toxicity issues with taurine supplementation, except for sufferers from excess stomach acidity or ulcers. So some nutritional therapists commonly recommend therapeutic doses of up to 4,000 mg a day, particularly when treating the heart and cardiovascular conditions detailed above, with no reports of ill-effects. It&#8217;s worth noting, however, that some minor gastro-intestinal disturbances have been observed when even higher doses have been applied.</p>
<p>But as always, when considering any program of supplementation, it needs to be remembered that the body is a holistically functioning organism, and that no one nutrient can function 100% effectively in the absence of an adequate supply of all the others. Taking individual supplements of amino acids can create an imbalance, and is not therefore recommended except in the short term, and is in any case best accompanied by a comprehensive multi-vitamin and multi&#8211;mineral regime. In the case of taurine, however, it is also worth pointing out that its action seems to be particularly dependent on good supplies of vitamin B6 and the essential mineral, zinc.</p>

Some people have  sensitive skin on the facial area. I suggest you purchase a separate face cream with SPF! &#8230;</p>

<p>In order to lose weight effectively, you need to know your own unique body type. We are all different to each other, so you&#8217;d agree that it is logical to apply different<span id="more-269"></span> method to suit individual body type to accelerate your weight loss process.
<p>There are roughly 5 different body types. Some of you are the conbination of two or more of these. </p>
<p>Type A; Tall with long limbs. Heavily-boned. Well developed muscles and bones. Strong joints and face lines. Too much carbohydrates could cause illness.</p>
<p>Dominating endocrine organ; Pituitarium</p>
<p>Type B; Thin and lithe body with Long neck. Brisk in motion. Thin but big eater. Too much stress could be the main cause of weight gain.</p>
<p>Dominating endocrine organ; Thyroid gland</p>
<p>Type C; Larger hip and bust and chubbier thighs and waist. Plump impression. Relaxing could help burning fat.</p>
<p>Dominating endocrine organ; Paranephrost</p>
<p>Type D; Hourglass-like body. Rounder body with tiny waist. Larger bust and hip. Dairy products and vegetables can enhance metabolism.</p>
<p>Dominating endocrine organ; Reproductive gland</p>
<p>Type E; Smaller and thinner figure. Smaller bust. Teenager-like body structure. Unbalanced diet is taboo. Need a variety of foods in her/his diet.</p>

<p>A: Big bones. Strong and tough joints.</p>
<p>B: Tall but thin and dainty. Thin joints and wrists. Even when you put on weight your wrists and ankles are still thin.</p>
<p>C: Bigger and shorter bones with strong joints. Developed muscles around upper arms, calves and thighs. or a little plump.</p>

<p>D: Short with shorter legs. Not muscular but rather sticked out bottom and chest. Definite waist and hip lines.</p>

<p>Question 8; Balance between upper and lower body</p>
<p>A: Straight torso with no definite waist. Small hip.</p>
<p>B: Getting thinner toward lower body from the shoulders with little waist. Rather solid hip and thighs.</p>
<p>C: Broader shoulder. Torso is getting a little thinner toward waist. Width of hip is about the same as upper torso. Strong thighs and legs.</p>
<p>D: Large chest with definite waist and hip. Hourglass like body. Whole body could be covered with soft fat.</p>
<p>E: Dainty torso. Width of shoulders and hip are the same. Almost no waist. Sometimes they look younger than what they really are.</p>
<p>Which one have you got the most? If 6 or more of your answers are A, you are definitely type A. If it was 5 or less, start with the type with the largest number and then check the ones with less numbers to figure out which one is your type.</p>
