Paleolithic Diet Breakfast – Start Your Day With This Ultra Hearty Paleo Breakfast Dish!

I was sick and tired of having the same variation of Paleolithic diet breakfast meals every morning. It got so bad that at one point, I almost abandoned this diet!

Thank goodness I came to my senses because this diet has done wonders for my body. After 3 months, I managed to slash off a large chunk of my body fat and I feel more energetic each day.

Sometimes, I can’t believe that I actually thought of quitting just because I couldn’t find some decent Paleolithic diet breakfast recipes. Quitting this healthy diet because of such a petty reason is just plain foolish!

Well, anyhow, I’m going to let in you in on an ultra hearty caveman diet breakfast that has given me such a big boost in the morning. And it’s very delicious too!

Oh and before I reveal the recipe, I just want to make a quick thank you to my YM (Yahoo messenger) buddy, baxto82, for telling me where to download a big collection of Paleo recipe cookbooks.

Thanks to your recommendation, I no longer have to eat the same Paleolithic diet breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. I feel like gagging every time I think about those meals!

Paleo-friendly Minced Turkey and Egg Sandwich!

Ingredients for the sandwich bun: Finely crushed unsweetened coconut (You can make some by throwing a bunch of shredded coconut in a blender), 1 large egg and olive oil.

Ingredients for the sandwich patty: Minced turkey, fried egg, some lettuce and mushrooms.

Directions: To make the sandwich bun, place egg and coconut in a bowl and combine well. If you mix them well enough, the mixture will turn into a decent batter. Now use olive oil to fry the mix and mould it into pancakes shape.

Finally put your pre-cooked minced turkey in between the bun, and then top it with fried egg, mushroom and lettuce.

Now proceed to gobble up this hearty Paleolithic diet breakfast!
